A saga of strength and achievement

It was a pioneering sprite of our founder Mr. Sanjeev Reddy Vangalla M.A in English Literature and LLB. to set up Padmashri Estates in Mid 80's. Since then Padmashri Estates has single mindedly worked towards exceeding customer satisfaction. Powered by Professional team of visionaries, with an experience of around three decades, today the Group has acquired and developed more than 500 acres of land in an around Hyderabad and Rangareddy Districts, prominent projects among them are Snehilata Hills 120 acres, Padmashri Hills 60 acres, Manasa Valley 70 acres, Balapur Hills 150 acres, Iirish Valle 100 acres etc.

Looking Ahead

Plans are afloat to build a modern Nature Cure Holistic Centre first of its kind in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy and Yoga. Along with the Nature cure center we will be having a Goushala in the near future.
